This easy, healthy salad is perfect as a side dish or a main course!
Here's what you'll need.
1 large cucumber (or a few small ones), sliced (about 1 cup)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium red onion, diced
1 can chickpeas, drained
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
12 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
3/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1/2 cup Tutti Italian Salad Dressing (see recipe)
Mix and serve. It's that easy!
