Mediterranean Salad

This easy, healthy salad is perfect as a side dish or a main course!

Here's what you'll need.

  • 1 large cucumber (or a few small ones), sliced (about 1 cup)

  • 1 green pepper, chopped

  • 1 medium red onion, diced

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 12 oz. crumbled Feta cheese

  • 3/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted

  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Tutti Italian Salad Dressing (see recipe)

Mix and serve. It's that easy!
