Tutti Everything Hummus is an instant classic. I featured this recently at a Farmer's Market and it was a huge success. You and your friends will enjoy it too!
Ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans/chickpeas, drained
1/4 cup tahini (I like Trader Joe's or Whole Foods)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 pack (appx. 1/4 cup) Tutti Everything
Combine in food processor and blend to desired consistency.
You don't need to remove the shells from the beans; the texture won't be as smooth but they provide additional nutrition. Besides, who has the time?
Pro tip: add a dash of Sesame Oil to bring the flavor over the top. Enjoy!
